I ordered a pair of runners from Mizuno and, to be fair, the whole process was smoother than I expected. The tracking email came through not long after I placed the order, and the shoes arrived quicker than I thought they would. The parcel was packed properly with no damage, and I didn’t have to follow up or chase anything. Can’t really fault the experience — happy with it overall.

I’ve found the shoes to be really comfortable and well made, so no complaints on quality. That said, I think a lot of customers would probably agree the prices feel a bit steep at full price. If there’s a sale going on, they’re definitely a much better buy.

I had to return something, which felt preventable, but the team made the whole process easy and hassle-free. They were helpful and sorted it out without any drama.

I ordered a pair of running shoes from Mizuno the fit was good right away. They felt light, comfy, and there wasn’t any drama with the ordering or delivery, so that side of it was totally fine.

The quality seemed decent at first, but then, well, after a few months the sole started wearing down faster than I expected. I’m not doing huge distances or anything, just regular runs and a bit of gym, so I was a bit disappointed to see them wearing out that quickly.

For the price, I guess I just expected them to last a little longer. They’re still okay shoes overall, but I’m not sure I’d go for the exact same pair again

These shoes are comfy. The cushioning feels nice. They’re good for short walks. But the fit was a bit narrow for me. I got my usual size. After a while, they started to feel tight. Not a bad pair overall. I just wish the sizing was a little better

I ordered a pair of shoes from mizuno.com.au and, to be fair, the sizing was close to what I expected. I went with my normal size and they fit well overall, just a little snug when I first put them on.
After one run they loosened up enough to feel more comfortable, so I can’t really complain. It would still be helpful if the size notes had a bit more detail for people between sizes, but in my case it worked out and I’m happy with the purchase.

These shoes feel fast on the court and have been solid so far. I had a quick question for support, and they got back to me fast with helpful answers. Smooth experience all around

I am an avid runner with numerous marathons under my feet. My go to shoe for many years, the Mizuno Prophecy. That is under the other day.

You see for the last 10 years and models I have worn a size 12.5. Also until the other day. When you get to this many years running you simply order the same shoe as the last one. Sadly this time round the 12.5 is more like a full size too small.

So I contact Mizuno customer service. Where I am quickly responded to by email but with nothing more than a thank you for your email. They are unwilling to do anything about the size issue or fit. Seems like the giant has fallen and you can’t ask for much from a $200 running shoe.
